Greg has a worked in or around the airline sector for almost 32 years. Having started as an apprentice in 1984 with TAA, he did his degree part time while working to gain industry experience in both maintenance and engineering worlds.
Greg held both a LAME licence and design signatory authority for around 15 years doing extensive work on Boeing and Airbus aircraft in the Qantas and Jetstar fleets. His final role with Qantas was an executive role as the customer support manager for the engineering organisation.
Greg also spent 18 months in Jetstar managing part of the technical services section where he became a ‘responsible manager’ under their CAMO organisation just before leaving for a design related role with LMI aerospace.
