Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from The University of Sydney. She has many years experience as a practicing professional engineer across a broad range of aircraft type design, airworthiness and maintenance related subject matter areas.
She has worked on a large variety of aircraft types, throughout the full range of General Aviation and Regional Airliner models (DeHavilland Dash 8, Fokker F28 Mk 100, Embraer Brasilia, Boeing 737, SAAB 340, Fairchild Metroliner and many others). She has wide experience across many job types, such as structural modifications and repairs, avionics installations, interior fitouts and special mission equipment installations. She also has extensive experience in F/RF-111C and F-111G structures and weapons support, specialising in mission equipment such as crew module rocket motors and repositioning cables, bomb release units, pivot pylon modifications and others.
More recently she has been working in dual-sector education and training, holding National Certified Training and Assessment qualifications.
