Jayanti is an Aeronautical Engineer with 8 years of experience in aircraft records management, lease-return, and redelivery. He graduated from SVIT, Gujarat. 

Currently, Jayanti is involved in CAMO support activities at MEMKO India office. He previously worked as a project lead, where his responsibilities included building and reviewing compliance files for ADs, SBs, LLPs, STCs, and structural repairs.  

He completed the Leadership Launchpad cohort to enhance his leadership capabilities. He made valuable contributions to the development of an AI model for identifying structural repairs during his tenure at his previous company. Driven by his passion for aviation regulations and CAMO activities, he is eager to further expand his knowledge and expertise in these areas as a Senior Consultant, CAMO Services at MEMKO.
