Michael joins MEMKO with a strong background in aerospace engineering, having previously worked at Five Rings Aerospace across both the Melbourne and Sydney offices. As the company’s first graduate engineer and inaugural employee, he progressed to the role of Senior Design Engineer, contributing to a wide range of design, testing and manufacturing projects.

One of Michael’s key career achievements was serving as the lead engineer for the development of a stretcher loading system now in service with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Central) and the Air Ambulance Victoria fleet—an accomplishment that highlights his technical expertise, leadership capability, and commitment to engineering solutions that make a meaningful impact.

Michael brings experience in product development, mechanical design, aerospace systems integration, testing, and certification workflows. His hands-on involvement across the full engineering lifecycle equips him with strong practical and analytical capabilities, particularly in delivering projects that require precision, reliability, and innovative problem‑solving.

He is passionate about designing high‑quality engineering solutions that enhance operational capability and safety.
