Paul has over 35 years’ experience in design and certification of modifications and repairs for civil and military derivative aircraft,  including both original designs and integration of third party STC’s. In addition, he has held leadership positions in provision of military type certificate holder services and sustainment for two RAAF platforms. Over Paul’s career he has worked in regulatory development with a European Regulator and design and certification of a large transport aircraft systems.  Professional areas of interest include human factors in design.
