Our recent journey to Hanoi, Vietnam, for the Value Up 2025: Customer Process Experience, hosted by Dassault Systèmes, proved to be a remarkable milestone for MEMKO. The event not only offered an invaluable chance to connect with fellow partners and Dassault Systèmes representatives but also culminated in MEMKO earning six prestigious awards and recognitions, celebrating the team’s dedication and success throughout 2024.
A Grand Welcome
The event commenced with a vibrant welcome cocktail, where over 500 attendees gathered to kick off the conference. Our MEMKO delegation from the Melbourne office combined with our India and Singapore, making the evening an ideal setting to forge connections with partners from China, India, Korea, Japan, and beyond. It was a relaxed yet purposeful evening, featuring great conversations, networking opportunities, and, of course, some photo opportunities.

Day 1: Celebrations and Recognition
The first full day of Value Up 2025 was packed with insightful sessions on 2024’s successes, client stories, and deep dives into Dassault Systèmes platforms. These presentations equipped our team with fresh insights into the latest tools and technologies, reinforcing our ability to bring innovative solutions to our clients.
The gala dinner that evening was a true highlight. With captivating dance and musical performances setting the mood, the ceremony included exciting announcements and awards. MEMKO was honoured with the title of Preferred Education Partner for Asia Pacific (South)—a significant recognition in a highly competitive landscape. We were also acknowledged for our status as a Platinum Partner with Dassault Systèmes.
Perhaps the most exhilarating moment came when MEMKO was awarded for securing the Largest Deal: 3DX & Other Strategic Solutions. This achievement underscored the exceptional teamwork across all MEMKO departments.
Day 2: Knowledge and Collaboration
The momentum continued Day 2 with a full agenda across workshops, bootcamps and targeted information sessions. General Manager of MEMKO Systems, Ravi Jain, took to the stage with Dassault Systèmes for a compelling presentation on “MBSE – a Digital Engineering Pathway to Success.” As part of the “Share and Learn” series, this session showcased the powerful integration of MBSE and Digital Engineering in driving industry transformation.
In the afternoon, delegates split into regional groups for focused discussions. During this session, MEMKO was delighted to receive three additional awards: Top 100% Achievement Club, ALC Achievement, and Top PLC Deal. These accolades reinforced our status as a dedicated and high-performing partner within the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem.

Returning from Hanoi, we bring back not only valuable insights and recognition for our achievements, but also strengthened our relationships with global partners and reaffirmed MEMKO’s position as an industry leader. As we move forward, these experiences and accolades fuel our commitment to innovation and excellence for both our clients and partners.
