The Avalon Airshow was a great opportunity for us to showcase MEMKO’s expansive capabilities to aerospace and defence customers and the innovative products we have recently brought to market. We were very proud to be presenting alongside many of Victoria’s leading companies on the Victorian Government pavilion. The pavilion was packed for most of the trade days with lots of interest in the advanced capabilities that we collectively bring to the market.
Our aerospace design, analysis, certification and fleet support solutions were well received by commercial aviation and Defence customers alike; with many people amazed by the level of capability that we have to offer for complex design projects like our complete landing development and commercial aircraft radio installations.
Our Non-Intrusive Flight Test Instrumentation product, NIFTI, was a hit as always, given its ability to make flight trials faster, more flexible and more cost effective. We progressed discussions with aircraft OEMs, unmanned system manufacturers, flight training organisations and international Defence Forces who are all very keen to adopt NIFTI to increase their opportunities for collecting real in-flight data for systems assurance and training feedback.
We explored opportunities with a number of partners to collaborate on how we can evolve the Electronic Warfare system that we developed as part of our MEACAT product for alternate application with other unmanned aircraft and threat emulation systems.
People were amazed by the quality and surface finish of the 3D-printed aircraft interior replacement parts we had on display. Our 3D-printed replacement parts that are CASA certified for fitment to aircraft and can be produced and shipped within days promises to revolutionise aircraft spare parts supply.
