Ash Jahne is a passionate Aerospace Engineer with hands-on experience across aircraft design, manufacturing, and production workflows. A graduate of RMIT University, she began her professional journey as an undergraduate intern before progressing to graduate and design engineering roles within the aviation industry. Throughout her early career, Ash has focused on bridging the gap between engineering theory and practical operations, ensuring aircraft modifications and parts production meet strict quality and regulatory standards.

Ash specialises in managing the interface between design, certification, and production teams to deliver high-quality aviation components. Her work centres on the full product lifecycle, including generating technical data like engineering orders and technical drawings, as well as managing the continuous improvement of existing parts currently in service.

Across her career, Ash has demonstrated a strong capability for operational innovation, notably piloting a company-first product Fault Reporting system to streamline client communication and product tracking. Her hands-on involvement across the engineering lifecycle equips her with strong practical and analytical capabilities, particularly in fast-paced production and design environments.

Ash brings to MEMKO a strong capability in aerospace systems integration, lifecycle management, and collaborative problem-solving. Driven by a desire to create a better future through technology, she is passionate about helping organisations navigate complex technical challenges and achieve meaningful, high-quality outcomes in aerospace engineering.
