MEMKO Pty Ltd, an Australian based service and solution provider for Aviation and Aerospace Engineering Services, Software and Training has completed the acquisition of the FTM Business unit from John Holland Aviation Services (JHAS).
The acquisition includes IP, Computer Systems, Technical Records and transition of key staff currently supporting two international airline customers. Fleet Technical Management is an essential and critical part in ensuring continuing airworthiness of aircraft and includes the following

Additional to its existing FTM capability and capacity, MEMKO, through the FTM business unit acquisition from JHAS, will be in a strong position to offer comprehensive FTM services to its current airline customers as well as new customers operating in Australia, Asia Pacific and Middle East.
The MEMKO FTM team consist of industry leading professionals across multi disciplines utilising TRAX, the most comprehensive MRO Fleet Management Software.
