Bright earned his PhD in Aerospace Engineering from RMIT University in 2022, specialising in multifunctional composites integrated with Lithium-ion batteries. Alongside his doctoral research, he holds Bachelor’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Business Management. His contributions are recognised through presentations at renowned international conferences and as the main author of multiple scientific articles published in leading academic journals.

Bright has a strong background in conducting mechanical and thermal simulations for composite structures, utilising advanced finite element analysis and optimisation tools including ABAQUS and 3DEXPERIENCE. His proficiency extends to structural analysis of aircraft components like fuselages and landing gear. He has a strong proficiency in guiding students and industry professionals in acquiring simulation capabilities using SIMULIA within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Additionally, he possesses strong skills in CAD (CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA), programming languages (Python, Matlab, Modelica), and dynamic modelling (Dymola).
